To spray thin oils and fluids (max. viscosity 350 mm²/s) with a targeted effective range.
Example: Oils are sprayed in manufacturing areas. The more automatic this process is, the less likely it is omitted.
The atomizer acutates at an excess pressure of 2 bar.
Think of tools, extruding plastics, lubricants, polishing, etc.
The operating pressure is 2 to 6 bar - the higher the pressure, the finer the spray.

How it works:
The fluid hose can be placed in an unpressurized tank or can be connected to it. The atomizer should always be installed slightly above the max. fluid level inside the tank. If compressed air is available atomizing starts immediately (a return valve integrated in the hose prevents the fluid level from decreasing). The atomizer operates continuously or cyclically with the BA unit (refer to the following pages) - but always with properly dosed quantities. The fluid enters the center of the air jet in an economic and clean manner. The air and fluid quanitites can be fine-adjusted with the air and fluid regulators (see photo).
Atomizer ZN has a variably adjustable spray angle of 10° to 30°.
It is preset to 30° at the factory.

ZN - the movable one:
Less effort - more performance. Because of the flexible metal hose the atomizer ZN can be twisted and turned as desired, and it can be mounted in any location with a magnetic holder. It adapts to the requirements of your machine.

ZN-KOPF - for fixed installation
An atomizer for fixed installation. Like the ZN, but without the metal hose.

Measuring examples for suction volume, 1 min. at 20 °C:
