To atomize low and high viscosity fluids (max. viscosity 420 mm²/s). The spraying angle on this atomizer is 90° in reference to air and fluid connection.
Operating pressure 2 - 6 bar. The higher the pressure, the finer the mist.

How it works:
The fluid hose can be placed in an unpressurized container or be connected to it. The atomizer should always be installed slightly above the fluid level inside the tank. If compressed air is available, the fluid is dosed and taken along with the air flow (a return valve installed on the hose prevents the fluid inside the hose from going low). The fast response time enables short cylce times. The atomizer operates continuously or cyclically with blow unit BA, (refer to the following pages) - but always in well-dosed quantities. The fluid is added to the center of the air flow in an economic and clean way. The air and fluid quantities can be fine-adjusted with the air and fluid relgulator (see photo).
Fixed spray angle: 30°.

ZQ - the movable one:
Less effort - more performance. With the flexible stainless metal hose the atomizer ZQ can be twisted and turned as desired, and be mounted just anywhere with the magnetic holder (see the following pages). It will adapt to the requirements of your machine.

ZQ-KOPF - for fixed installation
An atomizer for fixed installation, like the ZQ, but without the metal hose.
