Good things come in small packages

Often there is not a whole lot of space available inside machines, which can cause technicians a lot of headaches - especially if a lubricating system has to be retrofitted.
The compact design of this atomizer (18 x 30 x 15 mm - without fittings) makes it suitable for use in even the tightest spaces.

Function:
The fluid hose can be placed in an unpressurized tank or be ­connected to it. The atomizer should always the installed slightly above the max. fluid level inside the tank. If compressed air is ­available atomizing starts immediately (a return valve integrated in the hose prevents the fluid level from decreasing). The atomizer operates continuously or cyclically with the BA unit, (refer to the following pages) - but always with properly dosed quantities. The fluid enters the center of the air jet in an economic and clean ­manner. The air and fluid quanitites can be fine-adjusted with the air and fluid regulators (see photo).
The atomizer ZK-KOPF has a variably adjustable spray angle of 15° to 30°. It is preset to 30° at the factory.
