- Setting the pace

Compressed air should be available in the right moment and at the precise point, e.g. for tools on punches and presses. Each punching or pressing movement generates foreign particles that have to be removed from the tool.

How it works:
Independent of the machine, pause and blow times can be adjusted from 0.1 to 10 seconds. The pause time (delay) can be adjusted on the upper regulator, the impulse time (blowing time) on the lower one. So the compressed air can be monitored and used economically. With the switch on the left side of the regulators the time range can be preset from 1 to 10 seconds, or from 0.1 to 1 second for fine-adjustment. The blow unit has its own oscillator (=automatic). But you can also regulate the machine speed with the inductive switch installed on the lower outside of the housing (for matching inductive switch + cable - refer to the chart).The compressed air valve with a large outlet of 3/8" ensures a powerful air flow.
