It has to be easy to operate, always funtion, and not created any external mist. That is the only way it can be of real help and makes sense.

The simple principle:
Four individually controllable atomizers operate inside the roller oiler box, reacting to a min. pressure of 0.5 - 1.5 bar. The fluid (max. viscosity 400 mm²/s) is fed from a 2 l pressure tank. Pause and impulse (delay) and times for atomizing can be adjusted on the control unit relative to the roller speed. But the control impulse can also be adjusted to the machine controls with an inductive switch (M12x1 with 2 m PUR-cable) or be directly conneted with a control cable (PUR 5 m). Inductive switch and control cable are included in the delivery. (The hose length between controls and hose adapter can be variably extended.) As soon as the punch operates the unit activates and can dose down to the most minute quantity of oil.
