The suitable dosing unit for all roller oiler and brushes.
The 10 liter tank (B) provides an adequate supply of lubricant for continuous operation. With the transparent tank the fluid level can be checked even from a distance. Through the magnetic valve (M) (24 V DC or 230 V AC - please state when ordering), switched in synch with the machine, the fluid reaches the drip (T). The droplet quantity can be dosed with 2 inductor screws for each of the felt rollers. The oil quantity can be monitored through a viewer in the drip feeder. Instead of a solenoid valve, a 1/2" ball valve is also available - Order-No. BKT. (refer to the following pages). For fill level monitoring we now have a tank with level switch available.
