Automatic sprayer - AS/02
The automatic sprayer works in a similar way to a windshield washer system on a car. Actuation by hand or foot is replaced by a pneumatic cylinder that compresses a rubber bellows. This cylinder can be controlled via a 3/2-way valve. An adjusting screw on the cylinder rod makes the stroke adjustable. This regulates the amount of fluid. Coupled with an automatic blower or a counter circuit (BA or ZS, see next pages), it is possible to apply oil in a targeted manner and work in pulses with a set cycle.
