Payments
We generally deliver to first-time customers against advance payment—in which case we grant a 3% discount.
Our payment terms for existing customers:
Payment on account: 14 days / 2% advance payments; 30 days net.

...and your orders are ready for shipment. We have a large warehouse from which we can deliver 96% of our catalog products immediately. Delivery is carried out by a fast and reliable parcel service (up to 32 kg). For bulky goods, we deliver by freight forwarder. This also applies to deliveries to neighboring countries. In this case, we recommend that our foreign customers have the goods picked up from us by their own freight forwarder.
