Minimal atomizer - ZMIN“The micro-fine oil film”This developed atomizer is simple and easy to set up so that it always works. With its compact design (95 x 35 x 32 mm), it always finds its place, even when space is tight.All good things come from above:
The oil is not sucked in, but simply fed in from above. This makes it possible to work with very low air consumption.
The ZMIN minimum atomizer has a built-in fluid shut-off valve. It only switches to flow when compressed air is present and immediately shuts off the fluid supply if the compressed air is interrupted. This simplifies control, as this is only carried out via the compressed air, e.g. using our 3/2-way valve.
The fluid is simply supplied from above (e.g. via a connection to a container). This fluid supply allows the ZMIN to work with very low air consumption.
The spray pattern can be fine-tuned by adjusting the spreading air and liquid throttle.
The higher the proportion of scattering air, the finer the droplet formation.

Hand-held spray gun with atomization for low-viscosity media - HBPZIf mobile, fast atomization is required, the HBPZ is used. A vacuum is created by activating the compressed air gun. This draws the medium out of the container through a suction pipe and atomizes it with the compressed air introduced. The volume is regulated by turning the nozzle at the end of the pipe.
Whether water, release agents, low-viscosity oils, washing additives or emulsions, our hand-held spray gun can be used for a wide range of applications. The PE container can be unscrewed and, with a capacity of 700 ml, can be filled quickly.
