Atomizer - The robust one - ZF
For fixed installation directly on the machine. This robust design is ideally suited for larger quantities of liquid and thicker oils (max. viscosity 480 mm²/s). The atomizer works both in cycles and in continuous operation. The liquid hose is placed in an unpressurized container or connected. The atomizer should always be positioned slightly above the maximum liquid level in the container. The liquid is dosed and carried along by the air flowing through.

Container with level switchThe fill level of a container can be queried via the level switch. The switch is available individually or including a container. The B-SS10PA and B-SS10PP versions are ideal for the oil supply of our ZMIN atomizer.The switch can be used as a minimum or maximum indicator. The switching function can be reversed by turning the switch through 180°.
