made of highly wear-resistant high-tech elastomer has a life expectancy and durability that is 20 times longer than that of “standard suction cups”. This enables longer maintenance intervals and saves you a lot of time and money. Ideal for high cycle rates in multi-shift operation and for (virtually) maintenance-free machine installations in distant countries. The hard-working SGV excels in extreme applications in harsh environments, e.g. in the wood and paper industry or in metal and sheet metal processing.
The SGVs are simply plugged onto the adapters or vacuum generators. The SV vacuum generator generates vacuum from compressed air. Suction and release are instantaneous. If several suction cups are used, this system offers particular safety, as each suction cup has its own vacuum generator. We particularly recommend this cost-effective solution for short cycle times
