No problem for the new, right-angled Zwerg atomizer. To ensure you always have the right atomizer to hand in confined roominess, the angled nose of the ZWERG-90 (without fluid throttle), ZWERG-90-B (with throttle valve block) or the ZWERG-90-D (with angled fluid throttle). Whether permanently mounted in a punching tool, attached to a saw, or used in a new design for your special-purpose machine, this atomizer is suitable for every application.

But be careful! Don't lay this tiny atomizer—its small size makes it difficult to find again. However, it can easily be reordered if necessary—Sommer-Technik always has plenty in stock.

Function: The liquid hose is placed in a pressureless container. The atomizer should always be positioned slightly above the maximum liquid level in the container. As soon as compressed air is applied, the atomizer starts working immediately. A check valve installed vertically in the hose prevents the liquid from sinking too quickly. The atomizer can be operated either continuously or intermittently by a control unit – but always in carefully measured quantities. The liquid is fed economically and cleanly into the center of the air jet. The air throttle can be used to finely adjust the amount of air supplied and thus the spray jet.
