Confined spaces or lubrication points that can only be reached via detours are a headache for many a designer. Our OS metering valves can be equipped with a flexible PU hose extension (max. 2 m, outer Ø 4 mm) for this purpose. This allows you to direct your oil droplets around corners or into enclosed spaces (engine block, machine bed, etc.). Before commissioning, the PU hose is cut to the required length and simply filled with the relevant medium using the cartridge supplied. The supplied M3 threaded piece (width across flats 4.5 mm, nominal width 1.5 mm) is then attached to the end of the hose.

Oil shooter - OS- for environmentally friendly and targeted lubricationTargeted lubrication in inaccessible places...Often only one drop is needed in the right place. The oil shooter sprays up to 1 m away (depending on viscosity and cycle frequency). It can be used wherever space is tight and clean. Every drop reaches its target. This means that lubrication can be economical and can be carried out without harming health (without oil mist). The function:The pneumatic operating pressure is 4 - 8 bar. The function is triggered via a 3/2-way valve (order no. MV26-3218-30 (= 24 VDC) or MV26-3218-06 (= 230 VAC)). The pump container must be installed vertically as shown. Here, the oil is pressed into the lines via a pressure cylinder at a pressure of up to approx. 50 bar. The oil quantity is released by the metering valve (5 - 100 mm³). Everything is supplied ready for connection, only the hoses (order no. S-PA4 - see table) have to be ordered, cut to length and screwed in according to your requirements. The maximum extension to up to 8 lubrication points is possible with 2 V4 distributors. One V1 distributor is placed in front of each metering valve to bleed the supply line. The metering valves have fixed metering quantities and are not adjustable. They can be replaced as required.Note:At higher viscosities, the shot range and cycle frequency decrease. Before initial commissioning, the system must be vented several times until it is completely bubble-free.
