This is what the ZMIN minimal atomizer developed by Sommer-Technik promises. With its compact design (95 x 35 x 32 mm) and optional flexible metal hose, it is ideal for precise lubrication, even in hard-to-reach places such as channels and blind holes. The oil is not sucked in, but fed directly from above. This ensures that the fluid is supplied continuously. The built-in fluid shut-off valve ensures that the fluid supply is stopped immediately as soon as the control pressure is interrupted. The atomizer's air supply (scatter air and control air) is provided by a single compressed air connection, which greatly simplifies control. The spray pattern can be optimally adjusted by precisely regulating the scatter air and liquid throttle, with a higher proportion of scatter air ensuring fine droplet formation.

The atomizer is available from SOMMER-Technik with a metal hose (item ZMIN-MS), with a rigid extension (item ZMIN-V60), or without (item ZMIN). Another version is the ZMIN-F1000, featuring an extremely flexible, 1-meter-long spray hose and an M10x1 spray head. Alternatively, the model is also available with a compact 9-mm mini spray head (item ZMIN-F1000/01).
