The oil is not sucked in, but simply fed in from above. This makes it possible to work with very low air consumption.
The ZMIN minimum atomizer has a built-in fluid shut-off valve. It only switches to flow when compressed air is present and immediately shuts off the fluid supply if the compressed air is interrupted. This simplifies control, as this is only carried out via the compressed air, e.g. using our 3/2-way valve.
The fluid is simply supplied from above (e.g. via a connection to a container). This fluid supply allows the ZMIN to work with very low air consumption.
The spray pattern can be fine-tuned by adjusting the spreading air and liquid throttle.
The higher the proportion of scattering air, the finer the droplet formation.

Central lubrication for lubrication points that are difficult to access - OS...-Z- The detour lubricator...Confined spaces or lubrication points that can only be reached via detours are a headache for many a designer. Our OS metering valves can be equipped with a flexible PU hose extension (max. 2 m, outer Ø 4 mm) for this purpose. This allows you to direct your oil droplets around corners or into enclosed spaces (engine block, machine bed, etc.). Before commissioning, the PU hose is cut to the required length and simply filled with the relevant medium using the cartridge supplied. The supplied M3 threaded piece (width across flats 4.5 mm, nominal width 1.5 mm) is then attached to the end of the hose.

Quiet air nozzleWhen compressed air relaxes, it hisses. The noise can reach up to 100 dB and is harmful to hearing. The BG has issued strict regulations in this regard. Depending on the pressure, the noise can be reduced by up to 20 dB with the quiet air nozzle, without any loss of pressure. A special air duct makes better use of the available pressure.
